Mispro is a growing organization seeking a Marketing Programs & Events Lead to support the execution and logistics behind our marketing programs and field presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in organization, coordination, and on-the-ground execution—ensuring events and programs runs smoothly from planning through breakdown.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You’ll partner closely with senior marketing leadership, who own strategy, messaging, analytics, and systems, while you focus on making sure programs are well-organized, properly supplied, and delivered with excellence.
What You’ll DoEvents & Field Programs- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, conferences, facility tours, and open houses
- Travel to events (approximately 20–30%) to support on-site setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Manage event registrations, materials, shipping, and timelines
- Coordinate with external vendors related to events and marketing programs
- Manage ordering, inventory, and replenishment of marketing swag and supplies
- Coordinate employee gear and branded materials
- Oversee storage, shipping, and distribution of marketing assets
- Track invoices, purchase orders, and expenses related to programs and events
- Maintain documentation, templates, playbooks, and operational resources
- Manage marketing calendars and project timelines
- Track deliverables and deadlines across marketing initiatives
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the marketing team
To ensure clarity, this role does not include responsibility for:
- Campaign strategy or messaging
- Brand positioning or creative direction
- Marketing systems or CRM ownership (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Marketo)
- Marketing analytics, reporting, or ROI measurement
- People management or hiring decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5–7 years of experience in marketing programs, events, or field marketing support
- Strong organizational, administrative, and follow-through skills
- Experience supporting logistics-heavy initiatives
- Proficiency with Microsoft products (especially Excel) and project management tools such as Monday
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
