Recently, GBTS (formerly an Epiq division) and Forrest Solutions were acquired by K2 Services. As we launch a new brand, we are seeking a talented content marketing specialist to join our team.
The Content Marketing Specialist will develop and execute engaging campaigns, craft compelling brand stories, and create digital content that drives awareness and growth for our newly launched brand.
This role is ideal for a highly organized marketing professional who can translate strategic business concepts into clear, actionable creative briefs and coordinated digital assets. The ideal candidate excels at project management, messaging alignment, and cross-functional communication—working closely with a graphic designer to bring ideas to life while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and on-time delivery. Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide content from concept to final execution are essential.
EssentialJob Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate content and digital marketing projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations are met.
- Oversee content creation and distribution across web, email, social media, and paid channels; develop SEO strategies and optimize website content; manage blog and thought leadership initiatives; coordinate design and multimedia assets; support campaign launches; analyze performance metrics; and ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Translate abstract business concepts, campaign themes, and strategic messaging into clear creative briefs and actionable digital asset requirements for the design team.
- Partner closely with graphic designers to guide the creation of digital assets, ensuring alignment with messaging, branding, and overall campaign objectives.
- Support webinar planning and execution, including scheduling, content coordination, speaker preparation, promotional timelines, and post‑event deliverables.
- Maintain and manage marketing project calendars, content calendars, and workflow timelines using or similar project management tools.
- Assist with building and executing digital campaigns in Hub Spot, including email creation, list segmentation, landing page development, and performance tracking.
- Review and refine marketing materials created in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite to ensure accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency.
- Drive communication and alignment across teams, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and operating on schedule.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, solutions, sales, and leadership) to concept, structure, and develop presentations and supporting materials as needed.
- Ensure consistency of voice, tone, and branding across all digital campaigns and assets.
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field - Experience:
Minimum 5 years of professional content marketing experience—preferably in a large, B2B professional services organization. - Skills:
- Strong proficiency in content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms. Hub Spot experience preferred.
- Experience creating SEO‑optimized content and managing editorial calendars.
- Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging narratives.
- Strong copywriting and editing abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to design and manage multi‑channel campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Outstanding organization and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience collaborating across marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, paid media, and influencer marketing strategies in a B2B environment.
The Compensation range for this role is $62,179 to $75,000 USD per year and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
