Corporate Marketing Intern – Summer

Position: Corporate Marketing Intern – Summer 2026
Strategic Risk Solutions Inc (SRS), a leading captive insurance management firm, is growing and looking for a Marketing Intern to join our Corporate Marketing team.

This position will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager with the firm’s marketing activities in support of its company branding and business development activities.

Location: Remote United States - Eastern or Central Time Zone
Duration: June 1, 2026-August 31, 2026
Pay: $20.00/hour Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist with company’s website content management
• Support SRS’s social media presence including the company’s Linked In, to ensure they are current and populated with current news about SRS
• Help with coordination of webinar series, including the scheduling of webinars, sending invites, and follow-up with attendees
• Conduct research on market industry trends and competition
• Provide assistance with the administration of the CRM system, specifically Hub Spot
• Contribute to the development of promotional and explainer videos
• Partner with writers and designers (both internal and external) with content development and design strategies
• Coordinate with the event process
• Contribute to other marketing projects as required

Attributes and Skills

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate with relevant work experience and/or coursework in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or Business Administration
• Strong communication and project management mindset
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to professional quality
• Familiarity with project management tools (Click Up) and CRM (Hub Spot) platforms a plus
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite, Adobe suite, Social Media platforms (X, Linked In, etc.) and remote collaboration tools (i.e., Teams, etc.)
• Strong self-management and motivation with the ability to work effectively in a small team environment
• Creative mindset with logistical savvy – able to pivot and problem solve under pressure
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment
• Ability to work effectively independently, take direction, and absorb information quickly
