ICU Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Starting at $165,000 | 7-On/7-Off

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our critical care team as a full-time ICU APP. This role offers a consistent 7-on/7-off day shift block schedule, strong physician support, and excellent opportunities for growth within a high‑acuity environment.

• Full‑time ICU APP role
• Block schedule:
  Day shift 7 days on / 7 days off
• Collaborative practice environment with physician back‑up available at all times
• Hands‑on training available for ICU procedures

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Minimum of one (1) year experience in critical care or emergency medicine
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
• Commitment to high‑quality, compassionate patient care

• Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in a 10‑bed ICU
• Perform daily rounds, manage admissions, and respond to emergencies
• Collaborate closely with intensivists and hospital staff
• Participate in procedures with available training and mentorship
