What You’ll Do
  • Deliver exceptional, age‑appropriate care to critically ill patients
  • Monitor complex conditions and respond swiftly to changes
  • Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other specialists
  • Educate and support patients and families through difficult transitions
  • Document care plans, interventions, and patient progress accurately
  • Participate in ongoing quality improvement and safety initiatives
What You’ll Bring
  • Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required)
  • License: Active RN license in Massachusetts (required)
  • Certifications:
    • BLS (required)
    • ACLS (required within 90 days for experienced RNs, 6 months for new grads)
    • CCRN preferred
  • Experience:
    • Previous CCU/ICU or step‑down experience highly preferred
    • Medical‑surgical background considered with strong interest in critical care
  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and adaptability
