Job Title: Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)
Location: Concord, MA

Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

• Weekly Gross: $2,400
• W2 Pay Rate: $60/hour
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

• Provide comprehensive nursing care during preoperative, intraoperative, and immediate postoperative phases.
• Circulate during surgical procedures while maintaining strict sterile technique and safety standards.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Conduct accurate patient assessments and ensure timely, detailed documentation.
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with infection control policies and National Patient Safety Goals.
• Advocate for patient safety and positive surgical outcomes.

• Active Massachusetts RN license.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years of recent Operating Room experience.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, instrumentation, and perioperative standards.
