Job Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Float Pool Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring prior travel experience, telemetry skills, and a Massachusetts RN license.
Responsibilities- Float Pool position with possible floating to similar units
- Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts, 3 shifts per week
- Every other weekend required
- Every other holiday required
- No on-call responsibilities
- Uses Meditech EMR
- Telemetry competency test administered on the first day of orientation
- Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but at a reduced pay rate
- Active Massachusetts RN license required
- Current BLS certification required (ARC or AHA accepted)
- Minimum 3 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
- Telemetry experience required
- Meditech EMR experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
- 2024/2025 Flu vaccine required prior to start
- Two professional references required for consideration
