Job Description
Title:
Registered Nurse - Acute Care
Schedule:
- Shift: 8-hour Days
- Days: 5x8s, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Every other weekend:
Saturday & Sunday
- Every other holiday
- No on-call
Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Guaranteed
Hours:
40 per week
Requirements:
- Massachusetts RN License
- BLS Certification
- CPI Blue Certification
- 2 years of experience required, including Acute Care experience
- Travel experience required
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care in an acute care setting.
- Assess patient needs and formulate nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
- Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments.
- Educate patients and families on health management and treatments.
Compliance / Notes:
- HWL Coversheet required.
