Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct patient care and support within our healthcare team. This role requires strong clinical expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to deliver safe, high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.

• Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs, and document clinical observations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and health management.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.
• Provide emotional support and advocacy for patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

• Prior experience in acute care or specialty nursing units.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
• Specialty certifications (e.g., CCRN, CPN) are a plus.
