Registered Nurse; RN - Second Shift

Concord, MA

Pay Rate: $45 per hour plus shift differentials

Schedule:

Full-time, 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Pyramid Healthcare is a nationally recognized leader in behavioral healthcare, proudly delivering compassionate, evidence-based treatment for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. Our Concord, MA treatment center specializes in Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment for adults, providing a supportive and recovery-focused environment for individuals working toward lasting recovery.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct medical care and support to adult clients in our residential SUD treatment program. As an RN, you’ll be a key part of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for clinical assessments, detox protocols, medication management, and client education.

• Complete nursing assessments upon admission and as needed
• Administer medications and monitor client responses
• Implement and monitor detoxification protocols
• Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments per protocol
• Provide health and medication education to clients
• Collaborate with medical providers during evaluations and medication management appointments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  
  Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Licensure:
  Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of Massachusetts
• Certifications:
  
  Current CPR/BLS, AED, and First Aid certification required
• Experience:
  
  One year of experience in a behavioral health or substance use treatment setting preferred
• Preferred:
  Experience with detox protocols and co-occurring disorder treatment
