What You’ll Do
  • Co‑manage a panel of patients with other pod clinicians
  • Collaborate with a supervising physician and preceptor during each session
  • Participate in monthly didactic sessions and learn from colleagues in medical specialties
  • Apply value‑based primary care principles in daily practice
  • Contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement activities
Required Qualifications
  • Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Unlimited licensure in Massachusetts (active license or in process)
  • Active Massachusetts DPH Controlled Substances Registration and DEA license
  • Maintains BLS certification and other relevant professional certifications
  • Letter of intent outlining interest in primary care and program goals (required at application)
Preferred Qualifications
  • New graduate or one year of experience in a primary‑care setting
  • Interest in value‑based care and lifelong learning

Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $ to $. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role. The salary is subject to eligibility requirements and applicable minimum wage laws.
