Travel Nurse Manager-Labor & Delivery
Location:
Concord, MA
Shift: 8
Hr Days 7AM - 4PM
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Weekend Call:
Required (variable based on department needs)
- Minimum 5 years of obstetrical nursing experience
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a clinical setting
- Active Massachusetts RN License
- Certifications required: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
- Collaborate with leadership to manage daily operations of the OB unit
- Support and guide clinical staff to maintain high standards of patient care
- Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts
- Participate in staffing coordination and operational planning
