One of our clients is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse to provide direct medical care and support to adult clients in our residential treatment program. As a Nurse, you'll be a key member of our interdisciplinary team, responsible for nursing assessments, medication administration, detox monitoring, client education, and collaboration with medical providers. All shifts are available.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) up to $55/hr.

• Complete nursing assessments upon admission and as needed
• Administer medications and monitor client responses
• Implement and monitor detoxification protocols
• Conduct COWS and CIWA assessments per protocol
• Provide health and medication education to clients
• Collaborate with medical providers during evaluations and medication management appointments
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure medical equipment is functioning properly and safely
• Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic treatment environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Active Massachusetts License Practical Nurse (LPN) License
• One year of experience in a behavioral health, psychiatric, or substance‑use treatment setting (preferred)

• Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for behavioral‑health.
