About the PositionTravel Nurse Source is working with United Health Care Staffing, Inc. to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Concord, Massachusetts, 01742!
Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week assignment. Candidates may work 36 or 48 hours per week, with 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM). Prior travel experience is required.
The Med Surg/Telemetry RN is responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to adult patients with a wide range of acute medical and surgical conditions requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. Responsibilities include performing patient assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, interpreting telemetry rhythms, monitoring patient status, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team, and providing patient and family education. The RN will maintain accurate documentation and ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the assignment.

RequirementsRequirements:
- Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC)
- Minimum of 3 years of recent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry nursing experience
- Previous travel nursing experience required
- Telemetry experience required
- Meditech EMR experience required
