Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Endocrinology Office

About This Role

Join a Patient-Centered Endocrinology Team. We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing Endocrinology practice. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals managing endocrine and metabolic conditions.

Schedule:

Full Time
Pay Range: $29.00 - $37.00 / Hourly

Shift: Day shift

Hours:

8-4:30

Responsibilities

As a key member of our healthcare team, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while helping patients achieve their health goals through education, support, and clinical excellence.

Qualifications Education
  • Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program required.
Experience
  • Previous experience in Diabetes Management, Internal Medicine, or Ambulatory Care preferred.
  • Experience in a physician practice or outpatient clinic setting is a plus.
Licensure & Certifications
  • Currently licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification required.
Skills & Competencies
  • Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR), preferably GE Centricity.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Outstanding patient service and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong computer proficiency and documentation skills.
  • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
