As a Registered Nurse, you will utilize the nursing process to deliver high quality, evidence based care while supporting patients and families through every stage of treatment and recovery. You will be part of a supportive interdisciplinary team dedicated to clinical excellence, safety, and outstanding patient outcomes.

- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure safe medication administration and adherence to clinical protocols
- Educate patients and families to support recovery and ongoing care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Promote a safe, respectful, and healing environment for all patients
Education
- Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program required
Experience
- Previous experience in Medical Surgical, Telemetry, or Orthopedic nursing preferred
Licensure and Certification
- Current RN license in Massachusetts required
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient needs
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Commitment to delivering high quality, patient centered care
- Proficiency with electronic systems and basic computer applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
