Nurse Manager, Postpartum and Level IIA Special Care Nursery

Emerson Health is looking for an experienced and people-focused nurse leader to join our maternity services team as the Nurse Manager for Postpartum and the Level IIA Special Care Nursery
.

This is a meaningful opportunity for a maternal-newborn nursing leader who enjoys being present with the team, supporting nurses, improving care, and helping families through one of the most important moments of their lives.

In this role, you will lead daily operations for postpartum care, newborn care, and specialized nursery services while helping create a healthy, collaborative work environment where staff feel supported, heard, and empowered.

• Postpartum and Level II Special Care Nursery, SCN, or comparable neonatal care experience
• Strong clinical leadership skills
• A visible, approachable, and collaborative leadership style
• A passion for safe, equitable, evidence-based, family-centered care
