Travel Nurse Source  is working with Prime Staffing to find a qualified Mother Baby RN in Concord, Massachusetts, 01742!

Shift: 8hr Days 8x

Description:

HWL Hospital-AN-0662 HWL Coversheet required Travel rate $8 less Days, M-F, 5X8s, 7:00am-4:00pm with every other weekend/holiday on call for the entire department including L&D/ Must have previous manager experience. Familiarity with Kronos a HUGE plus.
*** No additional pay for on call hours.

collaboration with the Director and Associate Nurse Manager, evaluates staff performance based on developed standards. Utilizes hospital performance review tool to write and deliver assigned annual performance reviews.
icipates in interview process for hiring of new staff   izes constructive conflict management strategies, just in time coaching and goal setting to optimize staff performance and engagement.

icipates in the development, monitoring and evaluation of clinical and patient satisfaction initiatives, standards of nursing practice and outcomes of patient care.

nts or delegates responsibility for orientation of personnel and works with the nurse educator to assess successful acquisition of positional competence.

Minimum Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor  degree in nursing preferred

Experience:

Minimum five years of experience in obstetrical nursing with demonstrated leadership abilities required    Evidence of continued professional growth and knowledge of new trends and developments in nursing and patient care    Previous supervisory experience preferred    Licensure and/or Certification:
Current licensure to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts required    BLS and ACLS healthcare provider required    NRP required    In patient OB certification strongly preferred Guaranteed
