Position OverviewIntuites Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Concord, Massachusetts
. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry setting while working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Location:
Concord, MA - Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Schedule:
3 × 12-hour shifts - Guaranteed
Hours:
36 Hours per Week(48 hours/week may be considered) - Pay Rate: $75/hour
- Weekly Pay:
Up to $3,600 (including stipend) - Overtime:
Available after 40 hours
- Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients.
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised care plans.
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly respond to changes in patient conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection control protocols.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification (AHA required).
- ACLS certification preferred or required based on facility guidelines.
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
