Intuites Healthcare Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Telemetry for a 13-week assignment in Concord, Massachusetts
. The ideal candidate will have experience providing high-quality patient care in a Medical-Surgical and Telemetry setting while working collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Schedule:
  
  3 × 12-hour shifts
• Guaranteed
  
  Hours:
  
  36 Hours per Week(48 hours/week may be considered)
• Pay Rate: $75/hour
• Weekly Pay:
  Up to $3,600 (including stipend)
• Overtime:
  Available after 40 hours

• Deliver safe and compassionate nursing care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualised care plans.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and promptly respond to changes in patient conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR).
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Adhere to hospital policies, patient safety standards, and infection control protocols.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience preferred.
• Current BLS certification (AHA required).
• ACLS certification preferred or required based on facility guidelines.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
