LPN Contractor

Hebrew Senior Life seeks an LPN Contractor to deliver compassionate, hands-on nursing care to older adults in our Boston-area senior care settings. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident status, and support care plans within an interdisciplinary team. You'll work closely with RNs, physicians, therapists, and aides in a mission-driven, learning-focused environment dedicated to innovation in aging, research, and education, while upholding the highest standards of respect, dignity, and inclusion for residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct bedside nursing care to senior residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and policies
• Monitor, document, and report changes in residents' condition using EMRSupport admissions, discharges, and care transitions
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and aides on care plans
• Educate residents and families on care, medications, and safety
• Maintain infection control, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Participate in team huddles and quality improvement initiatives
