Irrigation Installation Team Member

What Our Irrigation Installation Team Members Do:

• Install irrigation systems ensuring all components are within specifications of the crew leader, operations manager, and property owner.
• Work cooperatively on a team:
  Our install teams are anywhere from 4-12 individuals, depending on the size of the site. Everyone carries the workload equally and works together to accomplish the day’s goal(s).
• Digging:
  Creating trenches for piping, digging holes for sprinkler heads, and clearing space for valve boxes using a spade and/or pick.
• Make connections for all piping and materials. Lay out drip line.
• Adjust sprinkler heads and nozzles to ensure even water coverage.
• Add, move, remove, or repair entire zones based upon homeowner projects that run into the irrigation system (new patio, pool, sidewalk, fence, etc)
• Clean:
  We leave every site better than we found it! Grass and/or dirt are raked out, tools and trash are picked up, trailers are organized and restocked.

Prior experience is not required. We’re looking for friendly, fun individuals who have a good attitude and are comfortable working cooperatively on a team. This is an outdoor position- we work rain or shine in all temperatures. Get ready to get dirty!

Requirements:

• Daytime availability, Monday through Friday. Saturday overtime may be available during Spring and Fall.
• Willingness to learn industry of irrigation with interest in long-term career.
• Ability to work outdoors- rain or shine in all temperatures.
• Reliable transportation to and from our shop in North Attleboro, MA.
