Compensation - $100,000 - $150,000 + bonus
Job OverviewWe are seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to support and manage real estate development and construction projects across Massachusetts. This role will work closely with senior project managers, internal teams, and external partners to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with local regulations. The ideal candidate has hands-on project management experience and is ready to take ownership of assigned projects and project components.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in managing real estate projects from planning and design through construction and close-out
- Support the development and tracking of project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and municipal agencies
- Support permitting, due diligence, and regulatory compliance efforts specific to Massachusetts
- Monitor construction progress and help resolve issues related to scope, schedule, and cost
- Review contracts, change orders, and invoices for accuracy and alignment with project requirements
- Participate in project meetings and prepare status reports for internal stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Identify potential project risks and escalate issues as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in real estate development, construction, or project management
- Working knowledge of construction processes and real estate development fundamentals
- Familiarity with zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes in Massachusetts preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Experience supporting commercial, residential, or mixed-use projects
- Exposure to budgeting, cost tracking, and vendor coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
