Join the dynamic team at the Harbor View Hotel, the most luxurious waterfront hotel on Martha's Vineyard!
Start Date: January 29th, 2026 or later.
Schedule: 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing, assembling and presenting cold food items, including fruit, salads, appetizers, dressings and cold foods, while ensuring high quality, food safety, cleanliness standards, and proper storage.
- Perform other relative tasks assigned by Management.
- Willingness to learn and positive attitude.
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ability to work under pressure with composure and professionalism at all times.
- Efficiency with following recipes and ensuring adherence to all recipes.
- Advanced Knife Handling Skills.
- Strong work ethic, hunger to learn and grow, positive attitude, passionate about food.
- Commitment to excellence and working with the team.
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
