Job Description - About the Job:Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing shifts within their Taco Bell restaurant, following company policies to ensure customer satisfaction and profit maximization. The Shift Leader performs hands-on work to train employees, respond to customer service needs, and model appropriate behaviors in the restaurant.
Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:- Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure products meet company quality standards.
- Ensure a safe working environment by modeling and requiring safe work behaviors.
- Motivate and train team members.
- Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds using a preventative maintenance program.
- Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
- Execute corporate and local marketing plans timely and effectively.
- Champion recognition and motivation efforts.
- Provide regular feedback to the team and RGM.
Is This You?
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Supervisory experience in Quick Service Restaurant or retail environment.
- Attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Basic business math skills.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Basic personal computer literacy.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- Team player.
- Commitment to customer satisfaction.
