• Provide high‑quality customer service while selling and suggesting products based on guests’ personal wants and needs.
• Process payments for all retail products sold, adhering to cash handling policies and procedures.
• Assist with maintaining a clean, well‑stocked retail area, including inventory counts.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of retail sales experience in a high‑end retail outlet (or equivalent education, training, or work experience).
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience and basic computer skills; preferred typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, including the ability to facilitate and mediate sensitive situations.
• Ability to develop and maintain satisfactory relationships with all levels of management and staff, strong judgment, and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and computer skills with attention to detail.
