Luxury Membership Sales Consultant

Uncapped Commission

Luxury Membership Sales Consultant
Concord, MA | Full-Time | On-site with future hybrid option
Base Salary: $65,000 + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE: $73K+ (significant growth after training)

We’re hiring a polished, relationship-driven sales professional to represent an exclusive high-value membership product serving elite clientele. This role is ideal for someone who has successfully sold premium membership programs — think private clubs, destination resorts, or luxury lifestyle memberships —
not fitness or gym memberships
.

Personality, presence, and emotional intelligence are key. You’ll build long-term client relationships, manage a refined sales process, and close high-ticket memberships.

What You’ll Do
  • Convert warm and outbound leads into long-term members
  • Build trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Lead calls, meetings, and presentations
  • Negotiate and close membership agreements
  • Attend invitation-only events and networking functions
  • Track performance and sales metrics
  • Partner with senior team for member retention
What We’re Looking For
  • 6–36 months of quota-driven sales experience
  • Proven success selling high-value luxury memberships
  • Experience working with affluent or HNW clientele
  • Professional, polished communication style
  • Natural relationship-builder
  • Resilient, self-motivated, organized
  • Comfortable with a client-first availability mindset
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training & client meetings
