Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Area Sales Manager to join our team, preferably based near Houston, Texas, with flexible options for other listed states. The role involves deploying Gutor's global strategy, developing market opportunities, and ensuring a top-tier customer experience from marketing to after-sales support.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to meet market demands and growth targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers, consultants, EPCs, and influencers.
• Perform technical and sales presentations.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations for various project stages.
• Secure targeted projects and collaborate with other regions for international efforts.
• Share knowledge within the sales team and gather customer feedback.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to adjust sales tactics.
• Use reporting tools effectively to track business activities.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Engineering or Business Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in Power Generation or Oil & Gas industries.
• Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to work in an international, multicultural environment.

Position Details:

• Full-time, salaried position, Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 USD, depending on experience.
• Paid holidays, vacation days, 401(k) with company match, health insurance, disability coverage, and other benefits.

Travel & Physical Requirements:

• Domestic travel up to 25%, occasional international travel.
• Must meet physical demands such as sitting, standing, and manual handling as described.
