The
** Corporate Communications Manager
** will support the development and execution of internal communication strategies that align with Curriculum Associates’ mission, values, and business objectives. This role will play a key part in connecting employees across the organization, ensuring consistent and transparent communication, and fostering a culture of engagement and inclusion.  in the execution of communication campaigns that inform, inspire, and align team members. Reporting to the Director of Internal Communications, this role collaborates closely with the People & Culture (P&C) team, External Communications, and business leaders to create a unified and authentic internal voice that reflects CA’s purpose-driven culture.

By fostering meaningful employee connections and communicating the stories that define CA, this role helps Create internal content that reflects and promotes the CA employee experience, highlighting the company’s mission, values, and accomplishments. Work with full Internal Communications team to draft messages, FAQs, employee updates, and talking points.

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging messages. Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trust and relationships across teams. A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and employee engagement; ability to develop innovation solutions for communication challenges and engagement.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Familiarity with communication measurement tools and methods for tracking engagement and impact. Solid project management skills 5+ years of experience in internal communications, corporate communications, public relations, or related fields. Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives. Familiarity with intranet platforms, content management systems (CMS), and analytics tools.
** Benefits and Pay Range:
** Pay Range – This role’s range is $69,250 - $118,250. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets.

* At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. This role is also eligible to participate in the company bonus plan*. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.
