We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales to support our continued growth by driving business development within the New England territory.

Objectives of this Role

This role is responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities, prospecting and cultivating high-value client relationships, and converting leads into long-term clients. PWCampbell is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA; this position requires residence within the New England region to support travel and client engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Drive lead efforts through travel, events, outreach, and referrals within assigned territory
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach, networking, and targeted prospecting
  • Conduct presentations to educate prospects on our sales process
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

    Initiate and develop relationships with prospective clients, industry stakeholders, and league representatives
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting through use of CRM system
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align business development efforts with branding, technology and design-build solutions
  • Adapt quickly to evolving business needs and contribute to broader strategic initiatives as required
Requirements
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent and minimum of five years sales and/or marketing experience, preferably prospecting and selling or working in the financial services industry
  • Travel 3-4 days weekly within designated territory - overnight stays required
  • Excellent client relations management
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office, etc.)
  • Must have a valid Driver's License with a good motor vehicle record
  • Current and creative knowledge of sales techniques to win the business
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
