Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Membership Sales Representative with experience in luxury or high-end sales to join a growing private aviation team in Boston. This role focuses on working with an exclusive client base, offering a premium membership based program designed for efficiency, flexibility, and elevated travel experiences. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and enjoy building long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, this is an opportunity to build a rewarding career in private aviation.

You’ll be responsible for growing a client portfolio, developing long-term relationships, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients who value premium service and personalized solutions. You will work closely with private aviation brokers and internal stakeholders to ensure members receive a seamless, luxury service experience. The ideal candidate will have a background in luxury or high-end sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven ability to succeed in a target-driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth clients
  • Present and sell a membership-based product
  • Negotiate terms and close sales
  • Collaborate with private aviation brokers to expand membership opportunities
  • Ensure ongoing client satisfaction and premium service delivery
  • Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance against targets
  • Represent the business at client events and industry functions
