Prescient Edge is seeking a Mid. Reachback Mid-Level All Source Intel. Collection Requirements Manager to support a federal government client.

Desired experience:

• Minimum three years operational Collection Management experience within DoD or equivalent agencies
• Knowledge of DoD and Service analytical tools (RMT/ODL, DCGS-A, Palantir, BI2R)
• Proficiency with intelligence automation tools (Palantir, RMT, TAC, databases, social networking analysis software)
• Experience with ICREACH, Voltron, PROTON
• Familiarity with communications over JWICS, INTELINK, SIPRNet (e.g., MIRC, Jabber)
• Strong writing and briefing skills
• Ability to operate effectively in joint/combined teams

Educational requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or at least two years of direct intelligence analysis experience

Highly desired experience:

• Associate’s or Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military experience
• Experience with DoD collection platforms and planning
• Knowledge of communication architectures
• Joint military experience
• OSINT/PAI research and analysis

• TS/SCI clearance with CI scope polygraph or willingness to undergo polygraph
