Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assisting with visitor screening practices, directions, and general support for daily operations within the location;
Support staff and the public during medical-related emergencies, evacuations, and/or other urgent events by following post orders and communicating with supervisors and first responders
