Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities in a healthcare setting;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as assigned, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations to site leadership;
Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements
