Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate hospital personnel and emergency responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and access concerns.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific procedures, providing directions and support to patients and visitors.;
Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site personnel.
