Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout healthcare buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report security-related concerns;
Assist with access control, visitor management, and directions while maintaining a professional and courteous presence in a healthcare setting;
Document observations, incidents, and activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts
