Home Service Technician

Overview

Join Orkin as a Termite Pro (TC Pro – Home Services Technician). Starting pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour.

In this role, safety is your top priority. You will perform essential home service installations that improve comfort and protection while building a stable, rewarding career with advancement opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Follow a daily assigned route within your territory
• Prepare and install services such as attic remediations, crawl space encapsulations, gutter protection systems and radiant heat barriers
• Complete all required service-related documentation
• Build trusted relationships and represent Orkin with pride
• Work in a variety of environments including rooftops, crawl spaces, attics, ladders, and confined spaces
• Operate a company vehicle safely
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Prioritize safety in every aspect of the job, including equipment use, work environments, and customer interactions
• Perform duties in all weather conditions

• Pay of $22 to $25 per hour

What do you need to be successful?

• No Experience Required – we’ll train you to be a Pro!
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid)
• Ability to work in the field independently, manage route-based assignments, and interact with our customers

What will my work environment be like?

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including the ability to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which sometimes requires an OSHA‑compliant respirator
• Willing to work in different types of weather conditions
