This is a direct‑hire, full‑time position located 100% onsite in Hyannis, MA. The role involves receiving and documenting merchandise for delivery or return, coordinating inventory and shipping needs, and operating warehouse equipment.

• Receive and sort incoming stock into Hyannis headquarters.
• Add stock per purchase orders and place goods in proper locations.
• Pick, pack & ship items using FEDEX/UPS & Salesforce platforms.
• Coordinate with logistics manager, purchasing representatives, and carriers for shipping and receipt of products.
• Process product orders, register deliveries, and distribute packages within the company.
• Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure adequate storage space.
• Handle shipping or inventory issues, troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for large goods.
• Maintain traceability of multiple warehouse inventories in data management systems and physically.
• Keep shipping supplies stocked and assist with floor organization.
• Build pallets neatly and organized.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least two years of logistics or customer service experience.
• Ability to operate FEDEX/UPS Ship Manager and arrange LTL shipments through FEDEX Freight or other carriers.
• Experience shipping internationally via FEDEX Ship Manager.
• Strong computer skills and quick learner in receiving/shipping and returns processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently and as part of a team on time‑sensitive projects.
• Strong sense of urgency, time management & organizational skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Hourly pay range: $22.00–$25.00 (DOE). 401(k) employer match, medical, dental, vision, life, pet insurance, FSA/HSA, 12 paid holidays, paid vacation days, reimbursement for pre‑approved business expenses.
