Line Service Technician - Full Time, Concord, MA

Atlantic Aviation at BED in Concord, MA invites you to join as a Line Service Technician. The role offers a fast‑paced, outdoor work environment and opportunities to work alongside experienced aviation professionals.

Pay: $ / hour

Schedule: Requires availability for any/all shifts including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on‑call duty.

In this position, you will provide aviation ground support services to customers in a positive and professional manner. Duties include aircraft fueling/defueling, baggage/cargo handling, aircraft towing, marshalling signals for aircraft parking, lavatory/potable water service, and operation of other ground support equipment.

• Deliver and receive fuel to and from company tanks, vendor trucks, and aircraft.
• Operate all company ground support equipment as requested or required, including lavatory and water service carts, ground power units, deice trucks, etc.
• Perform ground marshalling using standard aviation signals.
• Perform customer service activities such as helping customers with aircraft scheduling and fueling.
• Assist with aircraft turning, loading, and unloading.
• Ensure all buildings and grounds are safe, clean, and organized.
• Conduct or assist with daily/weekly onsite safety inspections and audits of equipment and facility operations.
• Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
• You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.

• High school diploma or GED certificate.
• 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Comfortable and physically able to work in an environment with frequent walking, stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping, and climbing.
• Physically able to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis up to 50 lbs.
