Location: Various Gentle Dentist practices in the Saint Louis, MO area.
Job Type: Full-time
Weekly hours: 40

- Support and maintain the end-user IT environment. Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems and productivity software. In the field for practice-level support. Will need to travel occasionally when necessary.
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills. Possess logical problem-solving skills.
- Professionally responding to telephone calls, emails, and web-based service requests. Providing friendly, courteous, and quality support for clients. Self-starter who can follow a service ticket through its completion.
- Maintains inventory of appropriate equipment. Documentation of updated processes and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A+/Network
- 2 years in a technically inclined support position
- Some college
