• Assists Managers in the supervision of nursing unit and other department activities.
• Acts as a clinical and administrative resource for staff.
• Represent Administration when they are not here.
• Serves as the Patient Placement supervisor with all admissions going through them and being placed to the right division.
• Monitor ED throughput with every patient.
• Oversees the staffing of each inpatient nursing unit based on census, acuity and staffing grids.
• Adjusts staffing accordingly.
• Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

House Supervisor

36 hours per week, Nights

Festus, MO 63028

• Completion of accredited nursing program.
• Currently licensed in the State of Missouri as a Registered Nurse.
• Three to five years hospital nursing experience.
• BLS and ACLS prior to completing orientation.
