Schedule: Part‑Time (24 hours/week; Day Shift Clinic Hours)

As a part‑time RN in our Spine & Pain Management clinic, you’ll play a key role in supporting patients with acute and chronic pain conditions while helping maintain efficient clinic flow. You’ll provide compassionate, high‑quality care in a collaborative outpatient setting.

• Deliver patient‑centered care while actively involving patients and families in treatment decisions
• Perform focused assessments, triage symptoms, and support ongoing evaluation of spine and pain‑related conditions
• Assist with clinic operations, including patient preparation, admissions, discharges, and post‑procedure care
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and the care team to support treatment plans (including injections and interventional procedures)
• Communicate changes in patient condition promptly and follow appropriate escalation pathways
• Provide patient education on medications, procedures, recovery expectations, and pain management strategies
• Accurately document care, interventions, and education in the electronic medical record
• Support efficient clinic flow by prioritizing tasks and adapting to daily needs

• Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Licensure: Active RN license in the state of practice
• Experience: 1+ year of nursing experience preferred (outpatient, orthopedics, procedural, or pain management experience a plus)
• Certifications: BLS (American Heart Association) within 30 days of hire

• Part‑time role with a consistent weekly schedule (24 hours)
• Hours may vary slightly based on clinic needs and patient volume
