Mercy South Float Pool is seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care across multiple units. You will flourish in a flexible environment with 12-hour or 8-hour shifts and participate in cross-unit staffing.
We offer competitive pay with tiered shift differentials, a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for eligible RNs, and day-one benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage, plus tuition reimbursement and retirement plans.
