We are looking for a dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure they are safe and reliable for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and a passion for delivering top‑notch service. You will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to their original condition, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

• Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural repairs
• Repair and replace damaged vehicle parts, including bumpers, fenders, and doors
• Conduct frame straightening and alignment
• Review each repair order, work order, and estimator’s notes to understand repairs needed prior to beginning work on the vehicle
• All repairs must be completed according to the documentation on the repair order or the supplement
• Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine repair requirement
• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role
• Proficiency in auto body repair techniques and tools
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and safety standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• ASE or I-CAR certification is a plus
