Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Automotive Technician to join our team. As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure they are safe and reliable for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto body repair and a passion for delivering top‑notch service. You will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to their original condition, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Perform auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural repairs
- Repair and replace damaged vehicle parts, including bumpers, fenders, and doors
- Conduct frame straightening and alignment
- Review each repair order, work order, and estimator’s notes to understand repairs needed prior to beginning work on the vehicle
- All repairs must be completed according to the documentation on the repair order or the supplement
- Inspect and assess vehicle damage to determine repair requirement
- Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and industry standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Body Shop Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in auto body repair techniques and tools
- Strong knowledge of vehicle repair methods and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- ASE or I-CAR certification is a plus
