Provider Enrollment Specialist

Location:

Concord, NH Pay Rate: $17/hr (W2) Duration: 3-month contract

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Seeking a detail-oriented Provider Enrollment Specialist to support provider onboarding, data management, and issue resolution. This role requires strong accuracy, communication, and customer service skills to meet turnaround and quality standards.

• Enter and maintain provider applications, revalidations, and updates in the system
• Accurately manage provider data within internal databases
• Verify required documentation for completeness and compliance
• Meet established turnaround times and accuracy benchmarks
• Communicate with providers via phone and email for follow-ups and issue resolution
• Assist providers with enrollment-related inquiries and concerns
• Support additional administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure adherence to company policies and standards

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and tools
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in a business or administrative environment
• Provider credentialing experience is a plus
