Key Responsibilities:

  • Processes title work for all vehicle sales.
  • Process vehicle sales tax.
  • Process and distribute incoming mail.
  • Handles time sheet and vacation time for all Charlotte staff and compiles bi-weekly report for payroll.
  • Process paperwork and accounting entries for all sales, consignments and any other incoming income. Compiles deposits.
  • Reconciles several accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Controls and replenishes office supplies.
  • Assists sales and consignment staff in processing sales and consignments documents.
  • Maintain deal records and oversees retention of all records.
  • Event planning.
  • Other duties as requested by supervisor.
    • Qualifications:
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently, execute quickly and move to next task.
  • Must have strong interpersonal written and verbal communication.
  • Must have exceptional computer skills.
  • Must be willing to work every Saturday (showroom closed Sunday-Monday). No exceptions since Saturday is the showroom's busiest day.
  • Professional personal appearance and positive attitude.
  • Quick Books or Peachtree experience a plus but not required.
  • Experience with processing title work a plus but not required.
    • Compensation:

    $60,000/Year Salary + Monthly Bonuses + Benefits
