Orr & Reno, P.A., a Concord law firm, is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have prior reception experience within an office environment, although we are willing to invest time in training the right candidate. The successful candidate will also be extremely dependable, project a professional image, possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, have the ability to handle a multi-line phone system, be able to host large groups of clients in multiple conference rooms, and understand the importance of protecting confidential client information.
This position serves as a coordinator for our “front of house” operations, so the ideal candidate will be someone who can take ownership of the firm’s public spaces and ensure that they are well-maintained and welcoming.
Knowledge of and a proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and standard office equipment is also required. As time permits, this team member also assists with various projects to support our Finance Department and legal team. Examples of such projects might include assisting with scanning and processing monthly reminder statements for billing.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position onsite in our Concord office.
Orr & Reno offers a competitive salary and benefits package, which includes medical, dental, life, 401(k), paid vacation, paid holidays, and paid sick leave. Since 1946, our firm has distinguished itself by providing clients with high-quality legal services while offering market-competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, a collegial and team-based approach to practice, excellent employee and attorney retention, and a unique emphasis on fostering a friendly and positive work culture.
Orr & Reno is an equal opportunity employer.
