• process sales orders using the material requirements planning database system
• provide customers with pricing, availability, order status and product information
• assist in resolving customer order issues and inquiries
• ensure adherence to department procedures and customer purchase order requirements
• maintain compliance with export and accounting procedures
• file and manage invoices, purchase orders, export documents and related records

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• minimum of five (5) years of customer service experience
• experience working with material requirements planning systems (e.g., Oracle) and Microsoft Office
• strong communication skills, including professional and positive phone presence
• self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment
• strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
