About This Role

As an Investor Relations Associate at Alumni Ventures, you'll play a vital role in supporting our investor community while gaining hands‑on exposure to venture capital, startup investing, investor relations, and fund operations.

This role sits at the intersection of customer success, relationship management, investor communications, and financial services. You'll work closely with prospective and existing investors, Managing Partners, Community Managers, and cross‑functional teams to support fundraising initiatives, investor engagement activities, and operational processes.

You'll help individuals navigate their journey with Alumni Ventures—from initial interest through investment and ongoing engagement—while developing expertise in client service, investor relations, venture capital, and business operations.

This is an ideal opportunity for professionals who are eager to learn, take ownership, and grow their careers in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Through hands‑on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to senior leadership, you'll build valuable skills in communication, relationship management, project management, operations, and venture investing.

While prior venture capital experience is not required, successful candidates are often interested in investing, entrepreneurship, startups, financial markets, or business strategy and are excited to learn about the venture capital ecosystem.
