What will you do?
The New Product Introduction process drives the successful development and launches of new products through a structured, stage-gate approach - from initial concept to full-scale production and market release. The role requires balancing multiple concurrent projects at different stages of the product lifecycle, from concept development through production release and sustaining activities. As the NPI project manager you will work closely with teams across R&D engineering (HW and SW) , product management, Production and Test engineering, manufacturing, quality, procurement, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.
Parallel to new development, the NPI group also sustains legacy products, monitoring component changes, implementing engineering updates, and collaborating with quality to address issues and maintain reliability over the long term.
Throughout the entire NPI lifecycle, clear communication, data-driven decisions, and a commitment to continuous improvement are critical to successfully bringing innovative products to market and maintaining a competitive edge. Within the NPI team, you will have the opportunity to work on all business-related projects relating to Manufacturing. This includes managing production line transfers between factories, quality initiatives and improvement projects.
