Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Concord, NH, responsible for overseeing construction projects from planning through closeout. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project schedules, managing subcontractors and vendors, monitoring progress against budget and timelines, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. The role involves frequent on-site inspections, resolving issues that may impact schedule or cost, and maintaining clear communication with clients, architects, and internal teams.
The Project Manager will also handle documentation, including change orders, progress reports, and regulatory compliance records, while driving projects to successful completion.
Qualifications
- Project Management skills, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Expeditor and Expediting experience to manage materials, permits, and approvals efficiently.
- Inspection capabilities to oversee site work, verify quality, and ensure adherence to codes and specifications.
- Logistics Management skills to organize deliveries, equipment, and workforce across multiple project phases.
- Experience in commercial and/or residential construction, preferably within healthcare, education, or similar sectors.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency with Procore and basic office productivity tools.
- Ability to work on-site in Concord, NH, and to manage multiple projects or phases simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
